DESCRIPTION:FREE!!!!  Yoga class Every Monday and Wednesday \nBalance  Strength  Flexibility\, these are must haves for horseback riders. \nSJCHC offers Yoga classes every Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 am at the Equestrian Center. \nThere is no fee for the classes which are generously led by Jo Ellen. No experience is necessary and all ages and levels of fitness are welcome. \nBring something to put on the floor if you don’t have a mat and wear comfortable clothes.

DESCRIPTION:ST JOHNS COUNTY \nGREENWAYS & TRAILS \nSYMPOSIUM \n  \nThe St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department in conjunction with the SJC Trails Coalition will be hosting a symposium to plan the future of non-motorized\, multi-use trails throughout St. Johns County. \nThe meeting will be held on Wednesday\, July 13\, 2016\, 6:30pm at the Pedro Menendez High School Auditorium.  The following groups will conduct break out discussions: \n\n          East Coast Greenway Alliance\n          PV Greenway Alliance\n          St. Johns County Horse Council\n          St. Johns County Audubon\n          Southern Off Road Bicycle Association\n          Velofest Community Initiative\n\nThese groups will help identify and prioritize trails in St. Johns County that will connect local\, regional\, statewide and national trail systems.  Public input is vital to establish a clear vision for non-motorized trails in St. Johns County. \nMore information contact St Johns County Parks & Recreation: bmoubray@sjcfl.us
