Yoga…for Horse Lovers!

Yoga….For Horse Lovers! Come out to the St Johns County Equestrian Center and work on your inner core, balance, strength and union with your horse.

Yoga by the way means Union and what a great thing it is to be in union with ones horse. We will be helped along this journey by Sharon Sprenger a certified yoga instructor with over 15 years experience. Horses stay home for these classes (for now), but if you have a yoga mat, pillow and blanket (even a big horse blanket) please bring them with you. We will have some mats on hand to start with but they will be limited. The fee for the class (which goes to the instructor) is only $5.00 per class. The intention is to make this a weekly class, helping our riders to have a better body and center for their horses and their life.
