FREE!!!! Yoga class Every Monday and Wednesday
Balance Strength Flexibility, are must haves for horseback riders.
SJCHC offers Yoga classes every Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 am at the Equestrian Center.
There is no fee for the classes which are generously led by Jo Ellen.
No experience is necessary and all ages and levels of fitness are welcome.
Bring something to put on the floor if you don’t have a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
